• Email to order (info@SustGreenTech.com): You will need to provide: 1) your name, 2) your billing address, 3) shipping address, 4) Product name, CAS number, SKU, Size and Quantity of the products, 5) The name and contact information of the receipt (Attn:), 6) other information;
• By telephone/message: Please call or text us at 1-(678) 888-1556, or leave a message in this page to make an order.

Payment Method

We receive payments from all of the major credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX/Discover), check payments, wire transfer and purchase order. There are no processing fees for wire transfer and check payment. The Credit card on-line payment will lead to a processing fee (5%).

SustGreen Tech reserves the rights to correct any errors, including prices, in the online system before shipping and billing. The prices listed in this website may change without notice. Shipping 

Note that there are restrictions on some products by law, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Our products are for research purpose only, therefore, at this moment, we can only ship to universities, research companies, or research institutes. 
All the orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS after the payments are cleared. Shipping charges are depending on your order, if not specified, we will ship your order with FedEx or UPS. For inquiries, please email us at: info@SustGreenTech.com.

Return & Refund

Customer’s satisfaction is SustGreen Tech's first priority. If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return the original item(s) within 60 days from the original purchase date, and refund will be processed after the product is returned. Please be sure to contact SustGreen Tech at 1-(678) 888-1556 or info@SustGreenTech.com before shipping your item back. Any item(s) returned to SustGreen should be in the original packaging and in the same condition as originally purchased. Full refund will also be provided if the products are discontinued or unable to ship to the destinations. Refund rules to custom synthesis: custom synthesis projects need to be confirmed by the customers with written documents, including email, fax documents, copies etc. Once the specific project was initiated on our site, there will be fees associated with canceling the project.
